Your self care is your responsibility and our concern. Is there anything you'd like the facilitators to know, respect or understand about you? This could include sensory needs, cultural identity, your needs in shared spaces etc.

We offer delicious nourishing food and we endeavour to cater for all requirements. Do you have any intolerance or allergy that we need to know about?

Please be specific and clarify if you are anaphylactic. We cannot cater for all combinations, so you may be required to bring some of your own food.

There will be a photographer/videographer onsite at each retreat, you've probably seen our marketing which has led you here!
